Meet the Team

Divna Miljkovic E-RYT500, YACEP

Involved in fitness most of her life Divna got introduced to Yoga many years ago. Practicing Yoga became an important part of her daily schedule and changed the way she lives. Becoming the teacher helped her to learn, serve and grow equally in physical yoga practice as well as in spiritual. Yoga, Meditation and Work on Energy inside and around us became her passion. Becoming Tai Chi teacher and Reiki master was a natural continuance of her education in meditation and an energy field.

If you give her a chance to get to know you,  she will devote herself to your needs on the mat and help you to take the benefits of the same to everyday life. In her class she uses verbal directions as well as visually showing the poses to the students. You will be able to see and hear step by step the best way to go from one pose to another as Divna monitors her students while they are practicing if they should step out of the pose or go a little further to achieve maximum out of the practice.

What we learn today will benefit all of Us tomorrow.

Robin R Roberts

RYT200

Robin has studied Bikram Yoga, a form of Hatha Yoga, for nearly 20 years. He has a 200-hour certification and has taken classes in over 25 studios around the country, in Canada, Spain and the Netherlands.

He is a retired banker, spending the last 45 years in Minneapolis, and has moved to his boyhood home in La Crosse. Since returning to La Crosse, he has been elected to the Board of Directors of the People’s Food Coop and helps small business owners around the country with their financial and tax planning needs.

By being one of the least flexible (physically) yoga instructors in the world, he can appreciate your situation and can suggest alternatives to achieve your yoga goals. He has found that no matter how flexible or inflexible you are, yoga helps heal your body, mind and soul.

Natalia Roberts RYT200

I am a language teacher by profession. I enjoy helping students learn either physical or academic skills. I came to yoga to help me with flexibility but discovered so much more! In my spare time I enjoy outdoor activities through all the seasons such as water skiing, downhill and cross country skiing, hiking and gardening.

My favorite thing to do during a summer is teaching people how to waterski. Yoga instructor training gave me great knowledge about the micro movements of body parts that I can not only implement in my own waterski training, but also deliver more precise explanations when teaching others.
